About Us

Owner, Virgil Camp, has over sixteen years of professional driving experience driving a dump truck.  Year after year Virgil was laid off during the winter.  In 2004 Virgil purchased a snow plow and salt spreader for his personal pick-up truck. He began to provide snow removal and ice control services during the 2004-2005 winter.  In 2007, Mr. Camp incorporated his business naming the company V.S.G. Trucking, LLC.  The company name is a family name; V is for Virgil, S for his wife Stacy, and G for their son, Giovanni.  In 2008 Mr. Camp had quite a few snow removal and ice control contracts, so he purchased additional plow / salt trucks; and hired employees to assist him in maintaining VSG Trucking's customers.

In 2011 Mr. Camp invested the earnings from his snow removal services to purchase a Tandem Axle Dump Truck, in 2013 he was able to add a 6-Axle Sterling and aTri-Axle Kenworth to his fleet. In 2014 VSG add an additional 6-axle Sterling.  He plans to expand year over year in both the snow removal and the dump truck industry.

Mr. Camp is a family man, with a family owned business, who treats his employees like family!
